This Agreement, heretofore referred to as the “Privacy Policy,” is entered into by and between Toxic HD Entertainment, heretofore referred to interchangeably as “Toxic HD", “Service,” or “We,” and You, heretofore referred to interchangeably as "You", “User”, or “Client.”

Emails and Personal Information will never be sold nor shared to any third parties. Emails are used for communication purposes only. Toxic HD communicates with Users in a Non-Disclosure form of communication. Users will keep their rights to any copyrighted work presented to Toxic HD although Toxic HD reserves the right to use User logos and copyrighted material to represent the User on ToxicHD.com. All information received by Users will be kept confidential. When navigating ToxicHD.com, IP addresses and other information may be obtained from the computer that is navigating ToxicHD.com. This information will be kept confidential and is used to help better develop the site for all Users.

Toxic HD reserves the right to display any work created or produced by Toxic HD on ToxicHD.com, including but not limited to work consisting of; Client copyrighted work, likeness/voice of the parties involved, biographical information, etc. Toxic HD may agree to not display Client work or disclose whether Toxic HD has done work for the Client if the Client contacts Toxic HD with a valid explanation prior to entering a contract.

The User is bound by any changes to this Privacy Policy when he or she uses the site after those changes have been posted.

Toxic HD reserves the right to change, amend, modify, alter this Privacy Policy at anytime without warning or notification.
